Its great to be welcomed to Resident Broker and to be a part of this forum.

For the last 12 years we have been intimately involved in non conforming lending and latterly in the growth of the property investment/ BMV and SARB markets.

We have dedicated the last 18 months to preparing the industry for the new regulatory framework and trying to build a new style of risk management into lending and property buying.

In addition we have several appointments as panel conveyancers to key Lenders and in the BTL sector, for example, have a service agreement for TMW conveyancing.
