I am purchasing a property for £73,000 which I am hoping to renovate for £7000 and then sell on for £105,000...what is the best product around to finance this???

Hi Emma,
For a quick buy to sell you should consider either bridging finance or some sort of commercial development deal. OR if it is habitable you could always try a buy to let lender like Leeds BS who have no early redemption charges however the basis of you buying it would be to let it out rather than sell it straight on.
