Hi there,

just wondered if there are currently any lenders who offer a further advance (not re-mortgage) with less than 6 months ownership?

I currently have the opportunity to buy at £75,000 25% deposit £18,750.....property is worth £100-£110,000. So i am looking to buy and get a further advance to re-invest in property.

Hi Almighty,

Most lenders have a strict 6 month rule for almost any capital raising at the moment I'm afraid.
BM for example will allow you to further advance after 6 months.
